We offer programs to further enrich student education and create a community where students can learn and play alongside peers.
Rich with variety and opportunity for supervised rambunctious or quiet play, students choose from several planned activities featured each day after school. In addition, students have options to participate in our PS1 Chorus, Clubhouse enrichment classes, and Parent-in-Residence program.
To accommodate families’ busy schedules, before school childcare is also available.
We offer a quiet group setting for students to complete their homework supervised by a highly skilled librarian. Extra help is available as needed and the atmosphere is conducive to peaceful concentration.
New Horizon School Westside offers 10 weeks of summer camp run by qualified teachers from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Camp is open to preschool and elementary students. Students can enjoy games, arts and crafts, sports, movies, field trips and special guests. Please contact the school office for more information.
