Our preschool and elementary programs go beyond academic teaching and seek to provide a holistic learning experience for our students. We aim to discover and nurture talent to enrich their student life and give them a deeper appreciation for their abilities and the world around them.
Our arts curriculum embraces the philosophy of holistic education for the student. Our low student/teacher ratio enables our faculty to truly get to know each student and his or her learning style while nurturing their innate talents. Our dedicated art teachers utilize a variety of teaching styles and media to introduce students to the world of artistic expression. From painting to sculpture to architecture, our students are encouraged to foster their creativity and explore their interests.
Our music program incorporates global musical styles to expose our students to the world beyond through vocal, instrumental and physical expression. Our music curriculum includes cross-subject integration with history, math, and foreign languages to showcase the cultural diversity that is the hallmark of our school.
We take a holistic approach to developing the physical and social attributes of a confident and capable citizen. Teamwork, cooperation, and responsibility are inherent in the unique and challenging games and exercises that students participate in. We offer a wide variety of sports and innovative activities in partnership with the YMCA West Los Angeles.
